Filing taxes for free

OLT

Each year paid tax filing services are legally required to release free versions. The capabilities are just as efficient as the paid version, they are just hard to find. Fun fact: it is our right to be able to file our taxes for free. That is why part of the contract these companies have with the government is that they must provide free versions. Barriers shouldn’t exist when we are trying to be a “good citizen”.
